JetGuide had recently applied its ultrasonic technology to tumor detection during its dissection from a soft tissue. JetGuide systems are mainly applied to neurosurgery, like brain and spinal cord.
Using the JetGuide technology, it is possible to pin-point the location of the tumor and accurately measure the depth and size of the tumor in the brain. While dissecting it provides intraoperatively and within less than one second the residual tumor thicknes and information about its successful removal.
